The Jackson County Development Authority (JCDA) staff attended the West Virgina Economic Development Council’s (WVEDC)2024 membership meeting this afternoon. During the meeting, Associate Director, Meghan Parsons was awarded the Patty Barnhart Memorial Scholarship. The JCDA is thankful for the support the WVEDC gives economic developers in WV.
