The Jackson County Development Authority offers modern business incubation offices in our building located at 167 Seneca Drive. A lease allows access to our full kitchen, conference room, large parking lot, and more. Utilities and garbage are covered.
No need to worry about maintenance and extra over head costs! We also offer technical assistance to tenants as well.

Our building is handicap accessible and offers an elevator inside. We have single office spaces (3) and 1 larger loft space with a pretty awesome view. We are offering three free months with a signed long-term (12-months or more) lease.
