MARK FOWLER

Mark Fowler has been a board member since 1997. He is the principal of Fowler Consulting Software Development, owner of RT21.NET an internet service provider in Jackson County, a partner at Turris, LLC and has over 30 years experience in computer technology-related fields. Mark returned to WV in 1992 with his wife Lisa, searched the state for a place to call home and chose Jackson County.
